This documentation is intended to provide final instructions on how to connect and work within the production environment.

ET Job Aids has been specifically designed to work in the following devices:

The ET Job Aids, It is embedded in PSI's WFA app to provide offline usage as well as authentication and data management, thus, it is available in different devices as long as access to Google Chrome (Chromium) is available, however, we do not guarantee it will work in a different browser nor a different device that the ones specified in this article.
How to access
To access the production environment:
Open “Google Chrome” in your device and go to WFA
While there, go to the hamburger menu, located in the right upper corner of the screen and select “Install WFA”. Wait a few minutes while the WFA app instance is installing.
Open the “WFA App” in your device. Quick note: As oppose to other WFA Apps, this app logo does not show any “TEST” or “DEV” sign on it.
Please notice that this environment does not count with test accounts as of 1/28/2023. It only counts with the accounts that were originally requested as part of this application.
Go to the left menu and select “Job Aids”
Select the preferred language by clicking on the three dots menu in the right side of each package.
Before moving forward
Please notice that in case of issues, we suggest the following troubleshooting, which will ensure data is not lost in the process.
Under no circumstances delete cache from your device or sign out from an existing session, unless you were able to successfully sync all data captured. Failing to do so, will include potential data loss for records that were temporarily saved locally.
For issues related to sign in:
Do not select “Options” to change accounts, simply connect your tablet to a internet connection for it to allow you to sign in and sync your records. Sign in issues, normally means an issue with the PIN code, please open a ticket in freshdesk for further assistance at: https://helppsi.freshworks.com/ using your PSI email domain to sign in.
For issues related to application performance:
We normally suggest restarting your tablet.
For data sync:
WFA allows users to capture and keep data locally, without any need for internet connection, however, for these data values to be sent to the database, they require internet connection. We recommend connecting the tablets to an internet connection once every week. WFA should not have any issues keeping any data for huge periods of time, however, for Matomo we do not recommend taking longer than 15 days to sync data. We recommend reviewing the next section.
Data sync - WFA
To sync your data within the WFA, we recommend following the next steps:
Connect your tablet to an internet connection before signing in. To determine that you are online, the WFA logo will turn change from gray to a colored logo.
Sign in using your credentials.
To sync data, you may want to click on the “Sync” icon, located in the right upper corner of the screen.
You will know your data is syncing when looking at the pop up in the lower side of the screen.
Once the data has sync, all clients captured will indicate with a green icon, as seen below.
Recommendations
Please review this article ET Job Aids Download Manager before attempting to perform any downloads to ensure that you get the best possible experience.
We only recommend to perform one language pack download at the time, to avoid having multiple request performed at the same time.
The best combination for download have been confirmed to be:

onDel_rmCache: Yes (This will only execute any action when deleting a current language pack, we recommend having this on to ensure that no corrupted cache files are left alive)

Known issues
Depending on the device you are using (either Samsung Tablet S6 Lite OR Samsung Tablet A7), some of the videos will not show the appropiate thumbnail (different color), however, as soon as the video is played, it will function properly (This issue has not effect in the application performance).
