3 - Assign Organisation Units

  1. Search for your Program using the search bar in the List of Programs.

  2. Open the Program Menu using the three dots located on the far-right.

  3. Select Assign Organisation Units.

  4. A window will appear displaying the Organisation Unit Tree and some filtering options.

  5. The Organisation Unit Tree contains all the Organisation Units available to the user, the tree can be expanded and collapsed by clicking the arrows. Keep in mind that:

    1. The tree can be filtered by typing the ID, Name or Code of an Organisation Unit in the text field located on top.

    2. Organisation Units can be selected by clicking the checkbox located to the left of the Organisation Unit Name. 

    3. The tree allows the selection of multiple Organisation Units.

    4. If needed, the PCA also allows the selection of multiple Organisation Units by Organisation Unit Level or Group.

  6. Select two or three Organisation Units of your choice. You can also opt to select an Organisation Unit Level or an Organisation Unit Group.

  7. The Apply button will appear enabled next to the Close button. Click this button to submit the changes.

Please Note: If there are no changes in the Organisation Units, the Apply button will not be displayed.
