1 - Creating a Tracker Program

  1. Log in with your DHIS2 account and open the PCA.

  2. Click on Add Program.

  3. Select Tracker Program in the Program Type dropdown.

  4. Fill in the following information:

    Program Data Element Prefix: <Name Prefix> PVH
    Program Name: <Name Prefix> Patient Vaccination History
    Program Short Name: <Name Prefix> Vaccination History
    Tracked Entity Type: Person

  1. Proceed to the Step 2 (Tracker Program Settings) and make sure that all the required Program Tracked Entity Attributes are selected. Now move the Age attribute from the list on the left to the list on the right to add the Tracked Entity Attribute to the Program.

  1. Proceed to the Step 3 (Tracked Entity Attributes Form) and set the following configuration:

Please Note: There is also an option to create Sections to organise the selected Tracked Entity Attributes, however, that feature requires permissions to create Public Programs in the DHIS2 server.

  1. After completing the previous steps, click on Submit.

  2. The Program has now been created and the PCA will automatically filter the List of Programs to display the new Program.
