To export a Tracker, Event, HNQIS2 program using the PCA, follows these steps:

  1. Search for your Program using the search bar in the List of Programs.

  2. Open the Program Menu using the three dots located on the far-right.

  1. Select Backup/Restore and then select Export JSON Metadata.

  1. The Export Form will appear with a target server field and a switch to enable JSON Customization.

  2. Select Another Server in the Target Server field and enable the JSON Customization.

  1. The JSON File Objects, JSON Attributes Settings and JSON Attributes by Object can be expanded and collapsed click on the arrow. Click on the arrow located in the JSON Attributes Settings. There are options preselected due to the Target Server selected

  1. Note: Once the JSON Customization has been enabled, a Download both original and modified files checkbox will be displayed. Check this checkbox.

  1. Click on the Download button. Both files will be downloaded

  2. Log in to the Play Server: Play Server using the following credentials:
    Username: District
    Pass: admin

  3. Search for Import/Export App and then click on the App.

  1. The Import/Export screen is displayed. Select Metadata import.

  1. Click on the Upload File button, and then select the JSON Customized file generated (which doesn't contain 'RAW' in the name).

  1. Click on the Start dry run Button. If there are no errors. The Summary Report will be generated.

  1. If there are no errors, click on the Start Import button. Once the Program has been imported correctly, Search for your Program in the Play Server.
