    1. Log in with your DHIS2 account and open the PCA.

    2. Click on Add Program.

    3. Select Event Program in the Program Type dropdown.

    4. Fill in the following information:

      1. Program Data Element Prefix: <Name Prefix> FVR

      2. Program Name: <Name Prefix> Flu Vaccination Record

      3. Program Short Name: <Name Prefix> Flu Vaccination Record

    1. Click on the Next Step button. The Form will display the Event Program Settings Section.

    2. Fill in the following information:

      1. Category Combination: None

      2. Validation Strategy: On Update and Insert

    1. Click on the Submit button. The Program will be created.
