Finding Specific orgUnits / Location by phone number

Searching outlets / location by phone number is supported in PSI’s DHIS2 Locator API. Search by telecom on the resource Location is not supported by FHIR.

We might be able to create custom search functionality for FHIR (Docs here from: Microsoft, Google.) but it is not within scope of this testing.

Another solution will be to add the telecom to the identifier of the location resource, so a similar search as in ‘Search by Id’ can be conducted.
