C4C Terms can be translated into any language using PSI’s internalization platform, POEditor
Localisation: Country Variations
POEditor allows for country-specific variations of a language. For example, C4C Terms can have a standard translation to French (fr), but there could also be specific variations (localisations) for fr-bi (French - Burundi).
Translating a C4C POEditor Term
The question.json C4C file is directly connected to POEditor. Each question and possible answers are individual POEditor Terms that can be translated into any language. These translations are displayed by the bot or web application when a conversation is instantiated.
Option 1:
Go to POEditor and log in. Find the C4C project in your dashboard. If you cannot see it please contact the C4C technical administrator and request to be added to the POEditor project.

Send email address and language(es) that the person will translate to the C4C Technical Administrator
Adding Languages
If a new language needs to be added, please contact the C4C Technical Administrator.
Adding Terms
If a new C4C Term needs to be added, please contact the C4C Technical Administrator. This is only required if there is a new method, new question, or a new option.
