Introduction

JSI is the organization PSI and other awardees are required to report twice a year (Data submissions are performed on January and June). This page indicates general procedures and information about JSI regarding the MPHD project.

Procedures

Organisation Unit Submission

Organizations are required to submit their organization unit trees using this template, this applies for new organisation units or changes to the structure originally sent to JSI. To reduce the workload of having to check organisation units one by one, users are able to use an organisation unit template available at production server and the MPHD PSI development server called: "MPHD OrgUnit Template V1.1". To open this, go to the development server, select "Reports" - "Standard Report" - "Type the name of the report".

Updates include editing, relocating, renaming and updating fields of a site. The Data Platform Administration Team then reviews and validates the template and, if it is correct, they will proceed to make changes in the MKA XM platform, otherwise the template will be sent back to the MOMENTUM award with comments.

If the changes required include merging or deleting a site, data shall be extracted by the Data Platform Administration Team and shared with award for confirmation. The Data Platform Administration Team will update the scripts for applying the changes (this process will take place on the dev environment). Once changes are applied to the testing environment, the award will be notified to confirm the changes. If the MOMENTUM award confirms the changes, the Data Platform Administrative Team will update the production environment with the changes.”

Any Organisation Unit Tree change must be submitted to the MKA Data Platform Administration Team.
