We will use the following FHIR resources to implement the locator solution:
Location: main repository for all outlets to be returned by the API/ rendered by app
HealthcareService: list of services provided by the organisation
Practitioner: the different health professional at a location
Group (4.3) / List (5.0): to implement the ‘tag’ concept (TBD)
