The Sharing Settings App makes it easy to control who can access and modify the Objects. DHSI2 contains two types of permissions:
Metadata
Data Capture
When we talk about sharing metadata, we mean allowing a User or User Group to read or modify an object, such as a report using the Maintenance App. If you're sharing data, it involves making the actual captured information available to others while ensuring control over who can contribute to that data. The Data can be captured using the Data Capture, Tracker Capture, Data Entry.
To view and capture data using the Android Fork App for HNQIS2 Programs, Event Programs, Tracker Programs, and Data Sets, the Data Capture permission must be assigned.
The subsequent table provides an overview of the diverse objects accessible in the Sharing Settings App, showcasing their respective types of permissions within DHIS2.
