When the Data Verification form has been completed, select again the button with a plus icon in the “Timeline Data Entry” section. This action will allow adding a new stage and then complete it.

The system will display a pop-up that it will allow selecting the third stage, to create the new stage it is necessary to follow these steps:

  1. Select action plan as program stage

  2. Select a date in the report date field

  3. Save the form

The previous step will create a yellow box with the name of the current stage (Action Plan) and a light gray box with the previous stages (M&E System Assessment and Data Verification), all with the respective status. Under this.

A single sections will be displayed to respond according to each case:

Some possible answers range from a choice list to numbers or specific dates.

At the end of the form are still located the three buttons with “Complete”, “Delete” and “Print form” actions, as they were in the previous stages. The operation of the buttons is the same described above.

After completing the form, the yellow box with the name and the status of the stage will turn gray and show the status “Completed”.
