The Chatbot app requires for the associated Moodle eLearning Chatbot plugin to be installed on the target Moodle server, so the necessary functions to support user and course management from the chatbot app are available.
The plugin is installed following the standard Moodle plugin installation steps:
Navigate to the Plugins section of the Moodle site administration
Note: you will need to be logged as administrator
Installing from the Moodle plugins directory

Installing from a ZIP file
Download plugin ZIP file from the Git repository GIT LINK
Upload the downloaded plugin file by either dragging and dropping or selecting the file
Select “Install plugin from the ZIP file”
Once the installation is completed, verify the plugin functionality.
Course must have a new “Chatbot course” property
Users must have a new “Dialing Code” property
The chatbot should be able to start without reporting errors.
