Android - Action plan

After completing the Data Verification stage, the app return to the TEI dashboard. To start a new stage, follow the steps below:

1. Tap on the “plus” icon located at the side of the action plan.

2. Tap on the “Add new” option.

The next page must be filled in with the event date and the organization unit respective to create a new action plan event.

Based on the finding of the data verification, please describe any action item, its priority level, the action point, the current status, the person responsible and an estimate of the length of time the improvement measure could take.
