Open the projects options

For all actions listed below, follow the steps to open the correct set of options.

1. Open “Maintenance app”.

1. Select the “Other” section.

2. Select the “Option set” menu.

3. Search for RDQA - Project list.

4. Open the displayed result.

Action: Update an existing Project

1. In the options section, select the project you want to update.

1. Change the Name, Color or Icon parameter according to your needs.

2. Save changes.

Action: Add a new Project

1. In the “Options” section, click on “ADD OPTION” button.

2. Add the name of the donor.

3. Add the code. We recommend to use letters or letters and numbers.

4. Optional: Select a color, icon and type an option factor.

5. Save new option.

Action: Remove a Project

1. Open “Project” option set.

2. Click on the options section.

3. Click on the three dot menu in the Project you want to remove.
