This section describes the user interaction of performing a Moodle feedback activity after creating a new account and the user being enrolled in a course.

Content:

1. Answering feedback questions

One of the activities that the user can complete is a feedback activity. This activity allows the person in charge of the course to gather students' opinions using surveys.

After completing Creating an Account step and Course Enrollments step, the user is now able to select a feedback activity to provide some comments on the requested questions.

From Course Enrollments step, the user knows how to enroll in a course and list the activities from selected course:

As the user wants to complete a feedback activity, the related activity must searched. Here, the user can type 3 to access Arithmetic Feedback activity:

Here, the user has 2 options:

  • Type 1 to start the [Feedback Activity Name].

  • Type 0 to go back to the previous page.

Type 1 to start the [Feedback Activity Name]: allows the user to start the selected feedback activity.

Type 0 to go back to the previous page: allows the user to go back to the course activities list.

The user must make sure that the feedback name is correct to avoid completing an undesired activity.

Moodle Chatbot App only allows two types of feedback questions: Multiple Choice - Single Answer and Short Text Answer.

Once the user types 1, the first question appears so the user can submit a response:

Right after the user answers the current question, the next one is shown. This behavior continues until the user completes the current feedback activity:

2. Feedback Summary

Once the user completes the feedback activity, a message of completion is shown:

At this point, the user has already finished the feedback questions and the bot displays some information:

  • Congratulations message: tells the user that.

  • Module Summary: not shown as a feedback activity is not evaluated.

  • Actions:

    • 1 - Go back to the course list

    • 2 - Show course summary

1 - Go back to the course list: Moodle Chatbot App returns the user to the Course Selection.

2- Show course summary: Moodle Chatbot App displays a brief Course summary:

Option 0 returns the user to the current course activities, and option 1 returns the user to the course list. For more information on the course list, refer to Course Selection.
