FAQs for End Users

 How can I access e-Learning courses that use the Chatbot?

End users need to register via the WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or messaging channel that the chatbot has been installed on. After registration, the user can enrol into any of the chatbot-compatible courses available in the Moodle instance.

 What is the privacy policy of the chatbot?

T&C are defined by the organization hosting the chatbot.

 Does the application store any personal information?

During registration we ask for the user’s first name and last name, as well as any other detail that organization may want to collect as gender, and age. Additionally, we store the user’s messaging platform id, which is different by platform. For Facebook messenger we store the ‘conversation page id’, which is unique by client. For WhatsApp we store the client’s phone number. This allows users to comeback to the chatbot and continue at the same point that they left.

 How long are my courses valid?

Courses are valid for as long as the server continues hosting them.

 I have an issue - how do I contact support?

End users should contact their organisational e-learning support officer. In most cases, he or she will be able to solve the issue by looking at the learner’s profile in Moodle.

 I would like to send feedback or request a feature. Where can I do this?

End users should contact their organisation's e-learning support officer, who will be able to explain what’s currently active on the organisation’s current Moodle setup, or forward the request to the development group.

 I need to report a bug. How do I report this?

End users should contact their organisational’s e-learning support officer, who will be able to determine the natrue of the problem, and either provide a solution, or contract the chatbot develodpers.
