Add new options on WhatsApp to send messages:
- Option to send images.
- Option to send quick replies.
- Option to send plain text. (useful when a conversation starts).
Increased version. The configuration file changed to be more flexible and common with the notification service. After this change, the previous configuration files will not be compatible with this version, we will need to update the configuration files. About the requests, we don’t need to change anything, the previous requests are still compatible.

Add Facebook API to send messages to Facebook messages. The previous one was only to send templates and no projects were working with this. Now we are sending text messages.
Add Modica group provider to send SMS.
