During registration we ask for , the chatbot will collect the user’s first name and last name, as well as any other detail that organisation names and any other details the implementing organization may want to collect, such as gender , and age. Additionally, we store the chatbot stores the user’s messaging platform idID, which is different by platform. For Facebook messenger we We store the ‘conversation page id’ID’ for Facebook Messenger, which is unique by clientto the user. For WhatsApp, we store the client’s user’s phone number. This allows users to comeback return to the chatbot and continue at the same point that they left.
