End users need to must register via the WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or messaging channel that on which the chatbot has been installed on. After registration, the user can enrol into enroll in any of the chatbot-compatible courses available in the Moodle instance. Contact your Moodle eLearning administrator for more information.

During registration we ask for , the chatbot will collect the user’s first name and last name, as well as names and any other detail that details the implementing organization may want to collect, such as gender , and age. Additionally, we store the chatbot stores the user’s messaging platform idID, which is different by platform. For Facebook messenger we We store the ‘conversation page id’ID’ for Facebook Messenger, which is unique by clientto the user. For WhatsApp, we store the client’s user’s phone number. This allows users to comeback return to the chatbot and continue at the same point that they left.
