• Client is now being notified on how many people is waiting in the queue list.

• Agent can now send emojis to the client (if an emoji is not registered for translation, an empty space will be sent).

Improvements

• User registration: instead of waiting for agent or chat to be on queue list to update session data, the update must be done on registration flow.

• Session data updates: now the sessions will be updated with a close inactive status whenever the agent close the chat with the client.

• Session data: now the sessions will be updated with a status attended or unattended if a chat is not being attended by an agent.

• Agent can now send messages greater than 640 chars. The message will be splitted so Rapid Pro can receive it.

Bug Fixes

• API now respond http status 400 for invalid UUIDs/Contact ID.

• API now respond http status 400 for invalid departments sent on user registration.

• API now respond http status 500 for invalid request.

• API now respond http status 500 required parameters not being sent in the request body.

Issues

• Agents from Rocket Chat can not send media data such as videos, images or audios

• Agents from Rocket Chat can not edit a message in the chat, instead, a new message will be sent

• Client from Rapid Pro can not send media data such as videos, images or audios

• Client from Rapid Pro can not send reactions given to an agent message.

• Agents can send now emojis BUT not all emojis are included.
