retry_clearReq: This determines whether the download should start all over again if the download manager re attempts to download OR if it should continue from where it was left.
It is worth mentioning that these additional features will be set to a default value once the best combination has been found to download all language packs.
🐛 Known issues
It is possible for the download manager to start the download without the media files, even when indicating otherwise. If this happens, simply download the media as soon as the language pack is available at the top.
