Incorrect Username or Password
Both Username and Password are case-sensitive, please check that both are entered correctly.
Check that you have not entered a wrong character by mistake, for example, the capital letter (i) ‘I' is identical to the lowercase letter (L) 'l’.
If the error persists, we recommend that you copy the details from the email where you were provided with the credentials and paste the values into each field.
Please ensure that you do not include any blank spaces at the beginning or end when copying the text.
