After selecting that option, save the form and then it will be a new form displayed. This form contains two sections with twelve and five questions respectively, and all of them have six possible answers:
Yes - completely
Mostly
Partly
Rarely
No -not at all
N/A -not applicable

At the end of the form are located three buttons with different call to action:
Complete: This action will allow saving the current stage.
Delete: This action will eliminate the responses given in the form.
Print form: This action will connect to the default printer to get the form in a physical copy.
Under the buttons is a space for leaving notes about the current stage. It is possible to leave several notes if necessary.

Select “Complete”, a po-up will be displayed asking a verification to complete the stage. There are three possible options:
Complete: It will allow saving the current stage and return to the form window.
Complete and exit: It will allow saving the current stage and return to the list of past entries view in the tracker capture app.
Cancel: It will return to the form window.

After selecting any of the complete buttons, the yellow box with the name and the status of the stage will turn gray and show the status “CompletedLe formulaire d'évaluation du système de suivi et d'évaluation s'affiche par défaut, ce qui peut être modifié en sélectionnant "Non" comme option dans le champ suivant :

Après avoir sélectionné cette option, enregistrez le formulaire et un nouveau formulaire s'affichera. Ce formulaire contient deux sections avec respectivement douze et cinq questions, et toutes les questions ont six réponses possibles :

À la fin du formulaire se trouvent trois boutons avec différents appels à l'action :
Terminer : Cette action permet de sauvegarder l'étape en cours.
Supprimer : Cette action permet d'éliminer les réponses données dans le formulaire.
Imprimer le formulaire : Cette action se connecte à l'imprimante par défaut pour obtenir une copie physique du formulaire.
Sous les boutons se trouve un espace pour laisser des notes sur l'étape en cours. Il est possible de laisser plusieurs notes si nécessaire.

Sélectionnez "Terminer", un message s'affichera pour demander une vérification afin de terminer l'étape. Trois options sont possibles :
Terminer : Elle permet d'enregistrer l'étape en cours et de revenir à la fenêtre du formulaire.
Terminer et quitter : Cette option permet de sauvegarder l'étape en cours et de revenir à la liste des entrées précédentes dans l'application de capture du traceur.
Annuler : La fenêtre du formulaire réapparaît.

Après avoir sélectionné l'un des boutons d'achèvement, la boîte jaune contenant le nom et l'état de l'étape devient grise et affiche l'état "Achevé".
