Select the dates for starting and ending the reports, additionally, integer number values should be typed for the three requested fields:
Period 1 - Recount from source document.
Period 1 - Reported in summary report.

When the form is finished, tap on the save button to complete the Data Verification stage. Two options will be displayed:
Finish and complete: It will close the stage and no further changes can be made.
Finish: It will save the answers but remain the stage open.
Action plan
After completing the Data Verification stage, the app return to the TEI dashboard. To start a new stage, follow the steps below:
Tap on the “plus” icon located at the side of the action plan.
Tap on the “Add new” option.

Indicators
The indicators section show different boxes with the indicator’s name, its value and sometimes with charts. It is needed to mention that there is no alphabetical order, the correct value of each indicator will be displayed as soon as the forms are completed.
