The Individual Mode Table comprises presents the following columns:

  1. Name: Indicates the title Name of objects associated with the selection in the Side Menuthe object.

Access to the Sharing and Access Screen

The Sharing and Access Screen allows users to modify the Sharing Settings for only one object at a time, either individually for a user or collectively by user groupof an object.

To access open the Sharing and Access Screen, follow these steps:

  1. Select an Object in the Side Menu.

  2. Select the Individual Mode Tab.

  3. Select Find the desired row Object in the table.

  4. Open the Objects Object Menu by clicking on the three dots located to the far-right (See Image 12).

Assigning Access to a User or User Group

  1. Select an Object in the Side Menu.

  2. Select the Individual Mode Tab.

  3. Find the desired Object in the table.

  4. Open the Object Menu by clicking on the three dots located to the far-right.

  5. Enter the name of a User or a User Group in the search field. The results that match the provided Name will be displayed, proceed by selecting one of the results.

  1. Now, the Access Level can be assigned. The Options are the following:

    1. View Only: The User/User Group can only view the object while searching for it using the Maintenance App, but will not be able to open and edit the Object.

    2. View and Edit: The User/User Group can View and also Edit the Object using the Maintenance App.

  1. After selecting a User/User Group and defining the access level, use the Give Access button to add it to the Access list.

  2. The User/User Group will be displayed in the Access List, including a legend that indicates the access level.

  1. Return to the Individual Mode table by clicking the ‘Close’ button. The newly added User/User Group will appear in the column for the selected Object.

Updating Access level for User/User Groups

  1. Select an Object in the Side Menu.

  2. Select the Individual Mode Tab.

  3. Find the desired Object in the table.

  4. Open the Objects Menu by clicking on the three dots located to the far-right.

  5. Search for the User/User Group Access you wish to modify.

  6. Click the Dropdown located to the far-right of the row. The following options will be displayed (See Image 7):

    1. View Only

    2. View and Edit

    3. Remove Access

The current Access will be indicated by a green highlight within the dropdown menu
