For the chatbot e-Learning Chatbot to function, it is required to install a Moodle plugin to supply the necessary access to Moodle backend. Additionally this plugin add the eLearning Chatbot Moodle Plugin. This plugin creates Moodle functions to provide the necessary APIs and storage for the chatbot to function. Additionally, this plugin adds extra properties to the user profiles profile and courses.
In this section we cover how to deploy the Chatbot application, the plugin, as well as the configuration that you need to do on your Moodle environment. Additionally, we discuss the Twilio setup, the current communication service that we support for enabling WhatsApp.
