RDQA Program
PSI's methodology for routine data quality assessments (RDQA) builds upon MEASURE Evaluation’s DQA tool (Data Quality Tool), initially created by multiple multilateral and bilateral organizations in 2007 as an assessment instrument for external entities evaluating an organization. The Data Capture application developed by the University of Oslo can be used for parts of the RDQA program, but it does not contain the feedback module.
