  1. Select an Object in the Side Menu.

  2. Select the Individual Mode Tab.

  3. Select the desired row in the table.

  4. Open the Objects Menu by clicking on the three dots located to the far-right.

  5. Enter the name of the user or the user group in the search field. The results with the matching name will be displayed. Select your user or user group.

  1. After selecting the user and the access level, the Give Access button will be enabled. Click on it.

  2. The user or user group added will be displayed on the user list with access to the Object. The name of the user/user group will be shown with a legend indicating the access level below the name and at the far right of the row.

  1. Return to the individual mode table. The user/user group added will appear in the columns for the selected object.

Updating Access level for User/User Groups

  1. Select an Object in the Side Menu.

  2. Select the Individual Mode Tab.

  3. Select the desired row in the table.

  4. Open the Objects Menu by clicking on the three dots located to the far-right.

  5. Search for the user or user group for which you intend to modify the access level.

  6. Click the Dropdown at the far-right of the row. The following options will be displayed (See Image 7):

    1. View Only

    2. View and Edit

    3. Remove Access

The current access level will be visually indicated by a green highlight within the dropdown menu

  1. Update the access level of the user/user group by clicking on the desired access level. The new access level will be applied, and the legend will appear below the name of the user/user group.
